- You need 480 g of whole wheat flour.
- You need 150 g of powdered sugar.
- Prepare 260 g of cold butter/margarine.
- You need 2 tsp. of Baking powder.
- You need 8 tsp of milk/water.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.

Digestive biscuits instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170c.
- In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cold butter and mix until mixture resembles bread crumbs.
- Add the milk and mix until it forms a firm dough.
- Divide the dough into two parts and roll out each onto a lightly floured surface or between parchment paper to your desired thickness..
- Using a round cutter, cut our the dough and remove the excess dough to roll out later..
- Place the cookie cut outs on a greased baking tray and using a skewer or tooth pick, poke holes all over the cookie dough and bake at 170c for 20mins..
- Its cooked when you press lightly on it and it's firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and let it cool before transferring to a plate..
- ENJOY!!!.
