- It's 455 g of self raising flour.
- Prepare 1 of egg.
- You need 170 g of butter.
- It's 170 g of sugar.
- Prepare 250 g of sultanas.
- You need of Milk.
Norfolk Shortcake instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 190°C (170°C for fan ovens).
- Rub the butter into the flour.
- Add the sugar, sultanas and egg (beaten).
- Add a small amount of milk to bind and form into a ball of dough.
- Roll out to about 3cm thick and cut into shape.
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Place on a cooling rack, let them cool down then enjoy :-).
