Ingredients of Healthy Green smoothie

  1. It's of fingers okra.
  2. Prepare of fingers carrots.
  3. You need of small sized cucumber.
  4. It's of dried cayenne pepper.
  5. It's of Finger fresh ginger.
  6. Prepare of garlic.
  7. Prepare of olive oil.
  8. Prepare of sesame seeds.
  9. You need of small banana.
  10. It's of Infused water of dates, tamarind and hibiscus (overnight).
  11. You need of fresh moringa.
  12. Prepare of cabbage.

Healthy Green smoothie step by step

  1. Get all ingredients ready.
  2. Wash all ingredients clean, cut into bits in order to allow easy blending..
  3. Pour into blender, add the infused water,(ordinary water can also be used or any plant based milk, or dairy milk).
  4. Add the sesame seeds and olive oil.
  5. Cover and blend on a high speed until desired fluid consistency is achieved. Adjust as desired..
  6. Pour into a cup and enjoy..
  7. It's yummy, creamy, healthy. 😋😋😋 can be taken like this or with some add-in like boiled(fried) eggs,, yogurt, milk(plant based or dairy).
